The owner was very professional and informative and did not try to upsell me on anything but gave me all the options when I asked for them. I also liked that when I called, they did not give a huge 2-4 hour window and told me exactly when he would be there. An hour later, he was gone with a job well done and a warranty on the work. I highly recommend Rush Rooter for your plumbing needs. Thomas, the owner, was fantastic in getting a number of projects completed for me. He answered my phone calls and was able to get to my location quickly. I also appreciated the thoroughness of investigating and working with me to discuss possible solutions. Not only was he fantastic and reasonably priced for common jobs, but he was really well priced for the major jobs, too. I had them do entirely new plumbing at my home. He was on time and did an excellent job, all at a fair price.
